How To Choose The Best Golf Clubs
Tips To Choosing The Right Golf Club To Improve Your Swing
by Nick Avery
Golf can be a difficult game to learn but once you improve your swing, it can be loads of fun. A problem that many beginners and pros struggle with is choosing the best golf clubs for them.
It's no surprise either as there are literally hundreds of different clubs you can get spread across different brand names. Fortunately, as you begin to know what factors to look for finding the best golf clubs becomes an easier process.
With that said, every individual is unique so where one golf club might be the best for a player, the very same club can be extremely difficult to use for another player. Essential golf equipment that you will need include a golf bag for all your clubs and golf shoes to help stabilize your body as you swing.
Be sure to consider the type of golf club you will need on the course. Of course, this will ultimately depend on your skill level and how far you want to take it.
There are also different types of golf clubs and each serves a unique purpose in that you wouldn't want to use a putter to attempt to hit the ball out of a sand pit. In order to further improve your swing, a good understanding of how each club works is essential.
The material also matters as those clubs with graphite shafts are typically more expensive than those with steel but result in better shots. The flex or bend of the shaft is also important to consider as it is mostly responsible for ball control and stability.
When finding the best golf clubs, the best approach is to simply try out as many as you can at a local golfing store. Be sure to choose the club that is most comfortable for you and that fits in with your style.
Always deal with a reputable seller that has a track record of proven success. Purchasing used can save a lot of money but be sure that the club is not bent or dented.

Your Ultimate Golf Club Sets
by Rick Dupont
Fantastic golf club sets can be the difference between a good game and a terrible game. The golf club sets you choose has to be designed to suit the way you play the game and your body type. There is not one set of golf clubs that is going to be ideal for everyone.
People can now get golf sets from nearly anywhere. Golf sets can range in price for 170 bucks to thousands. Now to some peoples chagrin golf has absolutely exploded. Early on in the life of golf it was hard to find any retailer but now that has all changed.
With a golf store in almost every city. One way to narrow down a good Wilson club sets is to research and read reviews. Many reviewers will take single clubs as well as the entire sets and let you know the ins an outs of the items you are interested in.
Was it good for long fairway shots? Was the putter ideal for helping you get that hole in one? If you're going to invest a lot of money into a set of clubs then you want to make sure it is a set that is going to be worth what you paid for it. A good golf club set can get very costly but it is an investment in your love of the game.
You can now purchase golf clubs either in a retail store or over the internet.
After buying it realize it wasn't what you wanted or doesn't work for the way you play the game. Just as a bow hunter has to have a bow that is designed to suit them so does a golfer have to have a set of golf clubs that it designed for them.
Because golf is as popular as it is and with golf pros being as successful as they are. Every single golfer has a wish ( mostly hidden) to be as rich and famous as the pro's. at least with the right product you have that chance.
Even ladies are getting in on the action with ladies championships happening world wide. But the only way once you have the right equipment is to practice, train and practice again. So be careful and choose wisely and you will be hitting like a pro in no time.
Because golf is great for relaxation and fun, this improves exponentially once you can actually play the game. If you love the game enough to invest in those CLUBS then for goodness sake don't forget to actually go and play and have some fun.

Hybrid Irons: A Golfer’s Dream?
by Tristan Hayde
Hybrid irons and their advantages have been gaining popularity amongst most golfers, even some of the well known PGA professionals. The hybrid iron has found its place in many a golfer's set, and has proven its value when compared to regular longer irons.
Compared to the regular longer irons, hybrids are much easier to hit. This is partly due to the center of gravity being further back than on a normal long iron. the result is a slightly better launch angle, adding some more distance to your shot.
A Hybrid iron, as you may have observed, has a longer shaft than a conventional iron. When you combine the extra leverage with a center of gravity moved backwards (to increase the sweet spot), you get more impact, and better use of that impact.
The versatility of hybrid irons, as opposed to normal irons, presents more shot choices. Depending on the scenario, you could use it for long approach shots, or playing from fairway bunkers, and even (should you land in a situation where accurate play is needed) use it to tee off.
There is one factor that you must keep in mind, though. Due to the extra distance afforded by the hybrid iron, you will probably end up with what you could call a "distance gap". Depending on the composition of the set, and the capabilities of each iron, you will lack the club for a particular distance range. You will have to carry an extra iron somewhere in the kit, or you could switch to using a set compiled from hybrids. The latter should have a positive impact on your game - not just certain shots.
The more difficult way out would be to decide on a compromise course by course. Take a look at the layout, the obstacles it presents, and the length. Judging by the situations you expect, decide which club has to be dropped in favor of another. The expected conditions would, for instance, have you make a choice between having a five iron, and taking an extra wedge.
Thanks to technological advances, hybrid irons have gained a fair advantage over regular irons. Originally these clubs were designed to assist the "average" golfer, but as time passes, more and more professional hybrid irons are released. This has resulted in growing popularity amongst the more experienced golfers, including the hardened PGA professionals, who are seen (regularly) carrying hybrids on the field. There is a definite swing in popularity towards hybrids.

5 Easy Tips to Play Better Golf
Our guest author Mr. Zing Zansti provides some great tips on helping you to learn to play better golf as well as the importance of eating right and your health.
Want to play better golf? Here are 5 very easy tips you can do now to play better golf -
1. Practice swinging with your eyes closed. By swinging with your eyes closed, you can feel the weight of the club and sense its speed gradually accelerating from the top of your swing all the way through to a controlled finish. Once you've mastered that, re-create the swing on the course. If successful, you'll see your consistency improve and your bad shots diminish.
2. Eat right for fat loss and mental energy. You won't get tired on the course. For energy try snacking on healthy foods at various points in the day - heck even Tiger Woods snack (but not on junk food).
3. Practice long putts - This is one of the best drills to improve your putting touch, putt balls to the edge of the putting green. Get about 5 balls and start about 30 feet away from the fringe and try to putt the balls as close to the fringe as possible. During this drill don't worry about direction, only speed. Keep doing this and vary the distance from the fringe.
4. Your Stance - The important point to remember with the stance is to keep your weight balanced and your feet position getting wider up to shoulder width as the club you are using gets longer. So for the driver you will want the most stability thus a wider stance with your legs shoulder width apart is ideal. Also the ball position should start at the center of your stance for a wedge and move up to the heel of your left foot for the driver.
5. Sidespin occurs when the club-face is not aligned perpendicularly to the plane of swing. At the end of a swing, the weight has shifted almost entirely to the left foot, the body is fully turned to the left and the hands are above the left shoulder with the club hanging down over the players' back. Standing over the ball for too long a time and wondering whether you're going to swing the club correctly can easily result in a skewed shot, or completely missing the ball.
The tips above are simple but are often overlooked - because there are so simple. If you keep it simple - your game will be much more effective and consistent. At the end of the day, consistent practice is the key.
