Sometimes this can do more for your game than a high priced golf lessons. Before you can play an excellent game of golf your back must be in good shape by having the proper posture. All of our muscles are like connected rubber-bands and a small pinch of a nerve will string them tight causing much pain. This will adversely affect your game even if it is only minor.
